VARANASI (KASHI) is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh dating to the 11th century B.C. 2. Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellationΒ Β Β of the booking with applicable Cancellation Charges & Policies.
3. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that all necessary travelΒ document, such asΒ Β Passport (Minimum 6 Months Validity from the tourβs return date), YellowΒ Β Β Β Β fever Vaccination Certificate and Visa are valid prior to departure. Bhoomika Tours will not be liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.
4. Itinerary Changes: Bhoomika Tours reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due toΒ Β Β unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as possible.
5. Liability: Bhoomika Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenienceΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, flight cancellation, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection, visa delay etc. Or any other forceΒ Β Β Β majeure event beyond our control.
6. Cancellation: If you want to cancel your tour booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to us and deliver it to the concerned officer you are dealing with where you booked, andΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β obtain an acknowledgment. The letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled. The computation of the period of notice of cancellationΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β shall commence only from the time the written request reaches Bhoomika Tours at its sales office during working hours.
7. Jurisdiction: Place of Arbitration/Jurisdiction will be Thrissur, Kerala State.
Fly from Kochi to Varanasi and arrives Varanasi Airport at 14.30 pm, Pick up from Varanasi Airport, transfer to hotel for Check in. In the evening go for the Ganga Ghat Aarti at Dashashwamedh. Ganga aarti is a magnificent evening ritual in Varanasi that one must not miss. The aarti, or worshipping River Ganga, takes place every day, at dusk.
