OCTOBER 08 : BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / GANGTOK
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be transferred to Gangtok (Approx.
130 km / 4 Hours). On arrival, check in to the hotel. The evening is free at leisure
to explore MG Marg (Mahatma Gandhi Marg) is the vibrant, vehicle-free heart
and main social hub of Gangtok, Sikkim, famous for its strict cleanliness, openair
cafes, and alpine shopping or relax.

Day 2
OCTOBER 09 : GANGTOK CITY SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day city tour of Gangtok. Visit : Enchey Monastery, Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Bakthang Falls, Government
Institute of Cottage Industry, Orchid House Flower Show, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten, Ropeway Point and Banjhakri
Falls.
Enchey Monastery : A 200-year-old Buddhist monastery located on a hilltop in Gangtok, Enchey Monastery is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful architecture, colourful prayer flags, and religious significance.
Tashi View Point : Tashi View Point is a popular scenic lookout located 8 km from Gangtok, Sikkim, best known for its breathtaking panoramic sunrise views of the snow-capped Mount Kanchenjunga (the world's third-highest peak) and Mount Siniolchu.
Ganesh Tok: A small hilltop temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, Ganesh Tok is a popular sightseeing spot offering breathtaking views of Gangtok city, surrounding valleys, and snow-covered mountains.
Do Drul Chorten: Do Drul Chorten is an important Buddhist monument in Gangtok, Sikkim. Surrounded by prayer wheels and monasteries, it is a peaceful place visited for its religious significance and beautiful architecture.
The Bakthang waterfalls are a natural beauty and a secret gem of Gangtok. They are only a short drive away. The peacefulness of Bakthang's tumbling streams makes it a perfect place to take a break.
Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology: It is one of the most important and famous institutes in the world that does research in the areas of Tibetan language and culture. It also has in its premises a museum, a Tibetan library with rich collections and also a reference center about Tibet and Himalayas in general.

Day 3
OCTOBER 10 : TSOMGO LAKE β BABA MANDIR β NATHULA PASS EXCURSION
After an early breakfast, drive to the beautiful Tsomgo Lake, situated at an altitude of around 12,000 ft. It is famous for its high altitude, changing water colors, and sacred status. It remains frozen in winter and features vibrant alpine surroundings. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery and optional Yak Ride. The primary mystery of Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) in East Sikkim is that its exact underground water source remains unknown. Fed by mountain snowmelt, this glacial lake at 12,313 feet is steeped in local folklore, including a legend that it sits atop a submerged ancient village. Continue to the sacred Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir and further visit Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability and weather conditions).
Nathu La Pass is one of the most famous tourist destinations near Gangtok,located on the IndiaβChina border in Sikkim. It is a historic mountain pass that was once a part of the ancient Silk Route and served as an important trade link between India and Tibet. Surrounded by beautiful Himalayan landscapes, snowcovered peaks, and a cold climate. Nathula Pass is famous for being a historic gateway on the ancient Silk Route and one of the few open, functioning border trading posts between India and China. Located in East Sikkim at 14,140 feet, it offers the unique opportunity for tourists to stand face-to-face with soldiers from both nations at the actual international boundary. Return to Gangtok in the
evening.

Day 4
OCTOBER 11 : GANGTOK TO DARJEELING
After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and begin your scenic journey to Darjeeling. The drive covers approximately 110 km and takes around 4 hours, offering breathtaking views of winding mountain roads, lush green tea gardens, mist-covered hills, and picturesque valleys along the way.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure or shopping at the Mall Road, the vibrant heart of Darjeeling, where you can enjoy the colonial charm, browse through local shops, and shop for souvenirs such as traditional handicrafts, woolens and local specialties.

Day 5
OCTOBER 12 : DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING WITH TOY TRAIN RIDE
Early morning visit Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (weather permitting). En route, visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery.
Tiger Hill is a mountain located in Darjeeling, in the Indian State of West Bengal. It has a panoramic view of Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga together. Located 11 kilometers from Darjeeling at an altitude of 2,590 meters (8,500 feet), it is world-renowned because its high
vantage point illuminates Mount Kanchenjungaβthe world's thirdhighest peakβin brilliant shades of gold and pink before the sun reaches
the lower elevations. On a clear day, visitors can also catch a rare, distant glimpse of Mount Everest (107 miles away) along with Mount Makalu. The wonderful view of snow-capped mountains sitting among cotton clouds draws in tourists to Tiger Hill from throughout the country. Surprisingly, this is also the summit of Ghoom, which is the highest railway station in the Darjeeling Himalayan Train, a UNESCO Globe Heritage Site.
Batasia Loop is a remarkable engineering marvel where the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway takes a dramatic spiral around a beautifully landscaped garden. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Eastern Himalayas, including the majestic Kanchenjunga, it offers visitors a perfect

Later, enjoy the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Toy Train Joy Ride (subject to operational schedule). The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Toy Train is a legendary hill railway offering a magical journey through the scenic landscapes of the Himalayas. Known for its heritage charm and remarkable engineering, the train passes through winding mountain tracks, charming stations, and beautiful tea gardens. A ride on this UNESCO World Heritage railway is a delightful way to explore the beauty and culture of Darjeeling. It is a historic narrow-gauge mountain train, and an engineering marvel. It runs between New Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling in West Bengal, India. About 88 kilometers (55 miles) long from New Jalpaiguri (approx. 100 meters above sea level) up to Darjeeling (approx. 2,200 meters above sea level).
