Experience the best of Northeast India by combining the vibrant Hornbill Festival in Nagaland with the wildlife wonders of Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Held every December at Kisama Heritage Village near Kohima, the Hornbill Festival showcases the rich traditions, folk dances, music, handicrafts, and cuisine of the Naga tribes. Complement this cultural celebration with an exciting safari in Kaziranga, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its iconic one-horned rhinoceros, diverse wildlife, and scenic landscapes, making for an unforgettable journey of culture and nature.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bhoomika Tours reserves all rights to cancel the tour if minimum numbers of bookings are not confirmed per departure. In such case, full refund will be made to the customer booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Bhoomika.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable Cancellation Charges & Policies.
  3. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that all necessary travel document, such asΒ  Aadhar Card (Original) Or PassportΒ is valid prior to departure. Bhoomika Tours will not be liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.
  4. Itinerary Changes: Bhoomika Tours reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as possible.
  5. Liability: Bhoomika Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.
  6. Cancellation: If you want to cancel your tour booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to us and deliver it to the concerned officer you are dealing with where you booked, and obtain an acknowledgment. The letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reaches Bhoomika Tours at its sales office during working hours.
  7. Jurisdiction: Place of Arbitration/Jurisdiction will be Thrissur, Kerala State.

Day 1 DECEMBER 1 | ARRIVAL IN GUWAHATI
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and assisted with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, relax and unwind following your journey. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Assam's largest city before beginning your Northeast adventure. 🍽 Meals : Dinner 🏨 Overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 2 DECEMBER 2 | GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park, one of India's most celebrated wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by vast grasslands, wetlands, and forests, Kaziranga is renowned for its population of the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, along with elephants, wild water buffalo, swamp deer, and a rich variety of birdlife. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting Jeep Safari through the park's designated safari zone, offering excellent opportunities to spot wildlife in their natural habitat while exploring the park's diverse landscapes. In the evening, witness a traditional Assamese cultural programme (subject to operation), featuring vibrant folk dances, music, and performances that showcase the rich heritage and traditions of Assam. Day 3 DECEMBER 3 | KAZIRANGA – KOHIMA
After breakfast, depart from Kaziranga and enjoy a picturesque drive through the lush hills and countryside of Northeast India towards Kohima, the scenic capital of Nagaland. En route, stop at the Garampani Hot Water Spring, a natural sulphur spring nestled amidst beautiful forests, known for its warm mineral-rich waters and tranquil surroundings. Continue your journey to Kohima, a charming hill town celebrated for its rich Naga heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant culture. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
