Terms and Conditions

  1. Bhoomika Tours reserves all rights to cancel the tour if minimum numbers of bookings are not confirmed per departure. In such case, full refund will be made to the customer booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Bhoomika.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable Cancellation Charges & Policies.
  3. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that all necessary travel document, such asΒ  Aadhar Card (Original) is valid prior to departure. Bhoomika Tours will not be liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.
  4. Itinerary Changes: Bhoomika Tours reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as possible.
  5. Liability: Bhoomika Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.
  6. Cancellation: If you want to cancel your tour booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to us and deliver it to the concerned officer you are dealing with where you booked, and obtain an acknowledgment. The letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reaches Bhoomika Tours at its sales office during working hours.
  7. Jurisdiction: Place of Arbitration/Jurisdiction will be Thrissur, Kerala State.

Tour Plan

Day 1 DECEMBER 18: Thrissur to Bangalore
The tour begins from Thrissur on December 18. Guests will board a Volvo Bus from Thrissur at approximately 8:00 PM after Dinner for the overnight journey to Bangalore. The distance from Thrissur to Bangalore is approximately 470 km, and the journey will continue overnight.
Day 2 DECEMBER 19: Bangalore Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Bangalore at approximately 7:00 AM, proceed for the hotel check-in. After freshening up and breakfast, proceed for a full-day Bangalore city tour. Visit Lalbagh Botanical Garden, one of the city's most famous botanical attractions, known for its extensive collection of tropical and subtropical plants. Continue to ISKCON Temple, a prominent spiritual and architectural landmark. Later, visit the HAL Heritage Centre & Aerospace Museum, which showcases the history of Indian aviation and aerospace technology. After lunch, proceed to see Vidhana Soudha (Outside view only), the magnificent seat of the Karnataka state legislature, followed by an outside view of Bangalore Palace (Outside view only), renowned for its Tudorstyle architecture. The sightseeing within Bangalore will cover approximately 50-70 km, depending on traffic and the route taken. 🏨 Overnight Stay: Bangalore
Day 3 DECEMBER 20: Bangalore – Hospet – Hampi Sightseeing
Check out from the Bangalore hotel early in the morning and begin the journey to Hospet at approximately 5:00 AM. The distance from Bangalore to Hospet is approximately 340 km, and the drive will take around 6-7 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. After reaching the Hampi region, proceed for the local sightseeing tour of this magnificent UNESCO World Heritage destination. Begin with Virupaksha Temple, one of Hampi's most important and historic temples and a major landmark of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Lotus Mahal, an elegant architectural structure located within the Zenana Enclosure. Visit the historic Pushkarani Step Well, a beautifully designed sacred water tank associated with the temple complexes of Hampi. Proceed to Matanga Hill, one of the best viewpoints in Hampi, offering panoramic views of the surrounding ruins and landscape. Visit Hazara Rama Temple, famous for its detailed stone panels depicting scenes from the Ramayana. Continue to Vijaya Vittala Temple, one of Hampi's most celebrated monuments, particularly famous for its iconic Stone Chariot and musical pillars. Later, explore the Hemakuta Hill Temple Complex, a group of ancient temples situated on Hemakuta Hill. Visit the impressive Ugra Narasimha Temple, featuring the magnificent monolithic statue of Lord Narasimha. Finally, proceed to Monkey Temple (Anjanadri Hill), traditionally associated with the birthplace of Lord Hanuman. The Hampi sightseeing circuit will involve approximately 40-60 km of local travel. Day 4 DECEMBER 21: Hospet -Aihole–Pattadakal–Badami–Hospet
After breakfast, depart from Hospet for a full-day excursion to the historic temple towns of Aihole, Pattadakal and Badami. Hospet to Aihole is approximately 134-140 km. Begin the sightseeing at Aihole, an important centre of ancient Chalukyan architecture containing numerous Hindu, Jain and Buddhist monuments. Aihole is regarded as an important early centre of Chalukyan temple architecture. Continue to Pattadakal, approximately 13 km from Aihole. Pattadakal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its magnificent collection of early Chalukyan temples, representing a blend of northern and southern Indian architectural styles. After Pattadakal, proceed to Badami, approximately 22 km away. Explore the famous Badami Cave Temples, carved into the red sandstone cliffs and dedicated to Hindu and Jain traditions. Also see the Bhutanatha Temples, beautifully situated beside Agastya Lake, along with other historic monuments in the Badami area. After completing the sightseeing, return to Hospet. The total day's road journey, including the return to Hospet, will be approximately 330-360 km, depending on the exact sightseeing route. 🏨 Overnight Stay: Hospet
Day 5 DECEMBER 22: Remaining Hampi Sightseeing – Mysore
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to explore the remaining attractions of Hampi. Depending on the previous day's sightseeing and time available, visit any remaining monuments and viewpoints in the Hampi heritage area. The local Hampi sightseeing will cover approximately 20-40 km. In the afternoon or evening, begin the journey from Hampi/Hospet to Mysore. The distance is approximately 420 km, and the journey will take around 8-9 hours, subject to road and traffic conditions. Day 6 DECEMBER 23: Mysore Local Sightseeing – Return to Thrissur
After breakfast, proceed for the Mysore city sightseeing tour. Explore the major attractions of Mysore, including Mysore Palace, one of the most magnificent royal residences in India, and other important local landmarks as time permits. The Mysore city sightseeing circuit will cover approximately 30-50 km. After completing the sightseeing and lunch, begin the return journey from Mysore to Thrissur. The distance from Mysore to Thrissur is approximately 320 km, and the journey will take around 7-8 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
